- 1/4 cup balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
- Mix vinegar in a bowl with the sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until sugar and salt dissolves.
- Add olive oil slowly and mix constantly.
- Place ingredients in container and shake to combine.
- Taste and add seasonings to taste.
